      How to power the vPFM

      Learn how to turn the vPFM ON and OFF so that your vehicle is always ready to run.

      Powering it ON

      1. Rotate the battery disconnect switch from OFF to ON.

      2. Wait 10 seconds, then pull the emergency stop out.

      3. Make sure to keep the autonomy, implement, steering and throttle toggles OFF or in manual.

      4. Wait for the three LEDs to turn ON. 

      Note: If the throttle toggle is ON or in auto before the Power LED is ON, an error code will appear in the vehicle's instrument cluster. If this happens, please follow these steps:

      1. Turn all toggles to OFF or manual.
      2. Push the emergency stop inward, which will shut off the vehicle's ignition.
      3. Pull the emergency stop outward.
      4. Wait for the three LEDs to turn ON.
      5. Turn all toggles to ON or auto.

      Powering it OFF

      1. Pause navigation using Vehicle Mission Control (vMC).
      2. Turn all toggles to OFF or manual.

      3. Push the emergency stop inward, which will shut off the vehicle's ignition.

      4. Rotate the battery disconnect switch from ON to OFF.
