Invite users to your organization
Learn how invite your team and assign roles for collaborating on autonomous field operations within your organization.
In the Sabanto Steward™ system, all users, along with vPFMs and equipment, must belong to the same organization for collaboration. To invite others to your organization, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit https://makeitgovroom.com/users.
Step 2: Click the 'Add User' button.
Step 3: Enter the invitee's email address and assign a role.
Roles in Your Organization

Admin: Grants unlimited access and control over your organization.

Member: Limits certain actions, such as adding and removing users.

Dealer: A pre-authorized support provider by Sabanto.
Your invitee will receive an email to sign up for a vMC account if they don't have one already.
