Staying connected to the work going on in your organization is essential. Vehicle Mission Control (vMC) uses SuprSend and its powerful notification management system, to configure and deliver notifications to customers. This guide walks you through the simple steps to ensure you receive the right notifications via various channels at the right time.
- Log in to vMC:
Begin by logging into your vMC account. If you don’t have one, sign up for an account to access your account's notification preferences. - Access the Settings:
Once logged in, locate the account dropdown in the upper right-hand corner. Next, click on "Notifications" menu item to access your notification preferences. - Configure Notification Preferences:
Within the notification preferences, you can customize how vMC notifies you about various errors, warnings and prompts. Our notification system supports a variety of channels such as email, SMS (text messages), push notifications, and in-app alerts. Select the channels that best suit your preferences. If you prefer not to receive notifications through a specific channel, simply toggle off the corresponding category.
