      21: Error in vPFM

      Understanding and Resolving Critical vPFM Errors

      This pause reason indicates that the tractor's vPFM (likely a core control or communication module) has encountered a critical internal error, leading to a shutdown of the ignition. These errors often relate to the safety system or fundamental hardware components and require immediate attention. Due to the technical nature of these issues, contacting support and engineering triage is necessary.

      Severity

      • High Severity:
        • Ignition turned off: Steward™ was not receiving any status from the safety system. Contact support. 
        • Ignition turned off: Steward™ detected an unknown hardware error. Contact support. 
        • Ignition turned off: Steward™ detected a hardware error with the component. Contact your dealer.
