48: Implement Error
Understanding and Resolving Implement Error Pauses
This pause reason indicates that the Sabanto Autonomy System detected a problem with the connected implement. The implement's monitors, such as position, blockage, pump or shaft speed sensors, reported an error, or the system couldn't control or read the implement. The vehicle pauses so the implement isn't operated in an unknown or unsafe state.
Severity
-
Medium Severity:
-
Navigation paused: Error detected by the vOS implement monitoring system. Contact support if the error persists.
-
Navigation paused: The Sabanto Autonomy System was unable to perform the [command] command for the remote valve. Remote valve calibration required.
-
-
High Severity:
-
Navigation paused: Status of the vOS implement system was unknown. Contact support.
-
Troubleshooting
-
Inspect the implement: Check the implement for blockages, damage, loose or damaged sensor cables, and hydraulic leaks.
-
Check the implement assignment: In vMC, confirm the implement assigned to the vehicle matches the implement that's actually attached.
-
Control the implement remotely: Raise and lower the implement from vMC to confirm it responds and reaches the expected position, then resume navigation.
-
Calibrate the remote valves: If the message says remote valve calibration is required, calibrate the remote valves before resuming.
-
Restart the device: A restart can clear temporary communication issues between the Sabanto Autonomy System and the implement.
-
Contact support: If the status of the implement system is unknown, or the error returns after these steps, contact our support team or your dealer.
