      Understanding and Resolving Preventative Geofence Violation Pauses

      This pause reason indicates that the autonomous operation was interrupted because the vehicle's planned movement would have caused it to cross the geofence. Geofences are virtual boundaries set up to contain the vehicle within a specific operating area.

      Severity

      • Low Severity:
        • Navigation paused: Steward™ was prevented from crossing the geofence.

      Troubleshooting

      • Resume navigation: Examine the location of the vehicle and its proximity to the geofence. If it is safe to continue, try resuming navigation.
      • Check GPS accuracy: While typically accurate, significant GPS drift could potentially cause the system to incorrectly perceive a geofence violation. Ensure good GPS signal.
