67: Geofence Violation While Not Navigating
Understanding and Resolving Geofence Violation While Not Navigating Pauses
This pause reason indicates that the vehicle was outside its geofence while it wasn't navigating, for example after being driven or towed outside the boundary, or when the geofence was changed around it. Navigation stays paused until the vehicle is back inside the geofence. If the vehicle crosses the geofence while navigating, the ignition is turned off instead (see 10: Geofence Violation).
Severity
-
Medium Severity:
-
Navigation paused: The Sabanto Autonomy System crossed the geofence.
-
Troubleshooting
-
Check the vehicle's position: In vMC, compare the vehicle's position with the geofence for the field.
-
Drive the vehicle back inside the geofence: Set the steering and throttle switches to MANUAL and drive the vehicle back inside the boundary, then return the switches to AUTO.
-
Verify the geofence boundaries: Make sure the geofence covers the area where the vehicle starts and works, including headlands and entry points.
-
Check GPS accuracy: GPS drift can make the system think the vehicle is outside the geofence when it isn't. Make sure the vehicle has a strong, stable GPS signal.
-
Contact support: If the vehicle is inside the geofence and the pause keeps returning, or you believe the geofence is configured incorrectly, contact our support team.
