Troubleshooting
- Enable Auto-Resume: Within the advanced controls of the vehicle on vMC, you can enable "Auto-resume" which will wait a short amount of time to see if the issue has been resolved and begin navigating autonomously again. Learn more about Auto-resume.
- Attempt a device restart: A system restart can sometimes resolve transient software glitches or communication errors.
- Check connections (if applicable): If the error message points to a specific external sensor or component, check its physical connections for looseness or damage.
- Contact support: If steering subsystem malfunction errors persist after a restart and/or enabling auto-resume, contact our support team for assistance.
