Step 1: Access the Support Dropdown
To begin, locate the ‘Support’ dropdown menu within the application. This is the "lifebuoy" button that is typically found in the upper corner of your screen. Click on this button to view the available support options.
Step 2: Select “Share Feedback”
In the dropdown menu, choose the “Share Feedback” option. This will open a new window specifically designed for you to convey your ideas and feedback.
Step 3: Describe Your Feedback
A form will appear where you can describe your feedback. Please be as detailed as possible. Here are some prompts to help you structure your thoughts:
- What feature or aspect of the app is your feedback about?
- If you are experiencing a problem, what steps led to the issue?
- How does this affect your use of the application?
- What improvements or changes would you like to see?
Step 4: Submit Your Feedback
Once you have filled out the form, review your feedback to ensure it’s clear and concise. When you’re ready, click the submit button. This sends your feedback directly to our product team.
