vMC 1.26.29

Release Notes

What's New

  • See passes already assigned to other missions: Passes that are already assigned to a vehicle or completed by other missions are now displayed on the mission planner map with consistent visual treatment. This makes it easy to see what coverage is already assigned or done before you generate a new mission and reduces confusion around empty mission errors.
  • Select passes over irrigation geometry: Previously, clicking on passes that overlapped with irrigation geometry would select the irrigation polygon instead of the intended pass. Passes in those areas can now be selected and deselected as expected in mission planner.
  • Clickable adjacent fields: Adjacent field boundaries on the single field, single vehicle, single job pages now respond to clicks anywhere inside the polygon — not just the small field labels. Hovering over a neighboring field shows a yellow highlight indicating it's clickable, and clicking it navigates you directly to that field. This is especially useful for planning missions across multiple field on mobile devices where precision-tapping a label was difficult.

Improvements

  • Enter Sleep Mode button is disabled when unsafe: Enter Sleep Mode is now automatically disabled in situations where activating it could be unsafe or ineffective: when the device is offline, when the ignition is on, or when a software update is actively downloading or installing. This change will only be in effect for vehicles running vOS 1.23.x or higher.
  • Obstacle Detection Override modal stays open: The modal used to flash in and out when obstacle detection was on the edge of triggering. Now, once the modal opens, including when an obstacle was detected within the last 5 seconds, it stays open until you close it or actively resume navigation. This makes the obstacle review flow more reliable and less disruptive.
  • Pause Reason banner will be hidden in Manual Mode: The pause reason banner above the primary controls is now hidden when Autonomy Mode is OFF. Previously it could appear even during manual operation long after the pause was issued , which was misleading since the vehicle wasn't in an autonomous pause state.
  • Attachment-specific help links for implement measurements: The knowledge base links in the implement measurement tab now direct users to the correct support article based on implement type, 3-point hitch implements go to the 3-pt hitch article, and pull-type implements go to the pull-type article. A direct link to the relevant article is also now visible within the measurement tab itself.
  • Consistent Timestamp Copy Format in Activity Feed: Clicking a timestamp in the activity feed to copy it previously produced different formats depending on the event type — sometimes a raw ISO string, sometimes a locale string with no timezone. All event types now copy a consistent, human-readable format including the timezone (e.g., `6/23/2026, 10:53:20 PM CDT`).
  • Single field recording mission data no longer empty: On the single mission view, fields that had been deleted or were missing boundary data could cause display errors. Those cases are now handled gracefully so the rest of the mission view loads correctly.
  • Closing templates modal in mission planner reverts back to original field: A mis-click during pass selection in mission planner could accidentally navigate the user into the templates view. Closing the templates modal in that scenario would drop the user out of their coverage plan entirely. That navigation is now blocked during pass selection, and dismissing the templates modal correctly returns the user to their original context.
