vMC 1.26.35
Release Notes
What's New
-
Reduced equipment settings complexity: Capability toggles for Folding Implement, Center Trailing Section, and similar options are now shown directly in the Measurements tab with their related fields expanding inline, removing the separate Capabilities tab and eliminating the need to switch tabs during equipment setup.
-
Added implement speed settings (beta): Each implement can now have default pass, turn, and transit speeds saved in its equipment settings, so speed inputs automatically populate with the right values whenever that implement is attached and a mission is planned.
Improvements
- Fixed a crash where saving a circle geometry on the field map would permanently prevent that field from loading for all users in the organization. Existing fields affected by this issue will load correctly again.
- Fixed an issue where line geometries drawn on the field map appeared to save without error but would not appear on the map and were absent on every subsequent visit.
- Fixed an issue where the Enable Ignition and Start Engine buttons would briefly reset to an unpressed state during remote start, which could lead operators to send a duplicate command to a vehicle that was already starting.
- Fixed an issue where vMC would open to the wrong organization, ignoring the Default Organization setting in favor of a cached org from a previous session or support visit.
- Fixed an issue where implement measurements entered in imperial units were saved as their metric equivalents, causing all measurement fields to display incorrect values after saving.
- Fixed an issue where completed passes, turns, and transits in the vehicle map view were not turning grey to reflect mission progress.
- Fixed an issue where the live boundary path on the map would disappear if the vehicle went offline immediately after completing a boundary recording, leaving operators unable to confirm the recording had succeeded.
- Fixed an issue where successive missions created for the same job all received the same default name instead of incrementing numerically.
- Fixed a crash on the Remote Control page where the advanced controls panel would become entirely unavailable for vehicles with incomplete device configuration entries, blocking access to geofence, safety, and obstacle detection controls.
- Fixed an issue where moving a device to a different organization would fail silently, leaving the transfer incomplete.
- Improved the center of work area measurement description and diagram when a center trailing section is enabled to reduce confusion.
- Fixed an issue where Max OD Height, Min OD Height, and Path Error Recovery Speed did not reset when using the Restore Defaults action on the Remote Control page.
- Fixed an issue in Firefox where no vehicles would appear on the equipment tab.
- Fixed an issue on mobile where the cancel button was not visible while drawing a geometry, leaving users with no clear way to exit the drawing operation.
- Fixed an issue on mobile where the bottom sheet panel remained visible and covered the map while drawing tools were active.
- Fixed an issue where creating a job from a template would fail.
- Fixed an issue where planning a mission with zero boundary headland passes produced a turnaround area too narrow for safe end-of-row turns.
- Fixed the confirmation dialog shown when saving changes to in-use equipment to accurately describe the impact based on the type of change being made.
- Fixed an issue where clearing the default coordinates for a point of interest and typing custom values would trigger an Invalid Location error.
- vMC now prevents the hitch raised position from being set lower than the working position.
- The auto-resume badge on the vehicle view is now hidden for vehicles with an AVL kit installed, where auto-resume is managed automatically.
- The Attachment Point field on an implement can now be changed after creation, so operators no longer have to delete and recreate an implement to correct an incorrect attachment type.
