vMC 1.26.37
Release Notes
What's New
- New tractors now come with AVL, radar, and infrared sensor components already listed on the Components tab, saving installers a step during setup.
- Steering Valve is now available as a component type on equipment records, with a reference image to help identify it.
Improvements
- Implement controls (raise, lower, fold, unfold) are now disabled while a vehicle is in manual mode, with a tooltip explaining why, matching the existing behavior for when the engine is off.
- 3-point hitch implements now show a "raising" or "lowering" status while transitioning between positions, so operators can see the implement is actively moving.
- Login could still fail to land users in their default organization in some cases. This has been fixed.
- Signing in would sometimes show a brief flash or full page reload right after the app had already loaded. Login now loads smoothly without the extra reload.
- Toggling the front hitch in the equipment measurements form incorrectly showed a validation badge on the Info tab. The badge no longer appears unless there's an actual issue to review.
- The "Send Vehicle Here" button stayed visible and clickable even when a vehicle was outside the geofence, silently doing nothing when tapped. The button now reflects the vehicle's actual position.
- On mobile, dropping an endpoint in the mission planner left the screen on the settings panel instead of showing the map, making it hard to confirm placement. The view now switches to the map automatically.
- Closing the template selection modal after clicking an adjacent field could revert the map to an unrelated, previously viewed field. Closing the modal now keeps you on the field you were actually viewing.
- On mobile, the back button in the measurements tab didn't return to the measurements tab as expected. It now navigates back correctly.
- Cloning a coverage plan that had a vehicle attached would silently reset that plan's headland and hole settings back to defaults. Cloned plans now keep their original headland and hole configuration.
- Attaching an implement with no control type, like a roller, to a vehicle failed to save for organizations without the measurements feature enabled. These implements now attach successfully with a default attachment point.
- Creating a new tractor could fail validation on save without indicating which field was invalid, and enabling the front 3-point hitch toggle could trigger an unrelated error. Validation errors are now always tied to a visible field with clear messaging.
- Editing a field boundary's geometry type could make the shape disappear from the map, even though it was still saved. Geometries now stay visible after their type is changed.
- The vehicle status card was missing entirely on iPad Mini after creating a new mission. It now displays correctly on that device.
- The validation and calibration buttons were disabled whenever no implement was attached to a vehicle, blocking technicians from starting a session that didn't require one. These buttons are now enabled based on device connection status instead.
- Clicking an organization invite link while signed out led to a 404 error instead of the login page. Invite links now route unauthenticated users to sign in and then into the invited organization.
- The dynamic speed +/- buttons in the single vehicle view didn't actually change the tractor's driving speed. Adjusting dynamic speed now updates the vehicle's speed as expected.
- Field templates weren't always listed in the order they were created. Templates are now consistently sorted chronologically.
- Clicking "Reset to Default" on an advanced control showed a confirmation toast but didn't actually reset the value shown on screen. The control now refreshes to its default value immediately.
