vMC 1.26.45

Release Notes

What's New

  • Missions can now travel through several fields connected by transits to reach the target field. If the target field can't be reached, a notification says so.
  • The Mission Planner start and end point menus now offer points of interest from neighboring fields, but only the ones a mission can actually reach.
  • The "Send vehicle here" button now shows on every point of interest in a adjacent fields connected by transits.
  • An alert now shows when queued missions have no transit connecting them, including from the current mission to the next mission in the queue.
  • When one queued mission ends somewhere other than where the next one starts, a hint appears and a transit mission can be generated and inserted between them.

Improvements

  • Transit mission creation is more reliable. A new request can't start while a mission is still being created, there is now a 30 second timeout, and requests that are still running are cancelled when you leave the screen.
  • You now get an error if the path planner generates a transit that doesn't actually connect the missions.
  • Regenerating a mission now chooses fields and transit routes the same way creating a mission does.
  • A field now shows the transits connected to it, not every transit that happens to be nearby.
  • Command-to-Point ignored the activity and implement type and could cross planted ground. The activity type now comes from the implement, so the route respects both.
  • Transits to a point of interest now use that point's own coverage plan instead of the coverage plan of the start point's job. This fixes scenarios where sending a vehicle to a point of interest in the same field failed.
  • The mission queue and Basic tab now show a mission card placeholder while loading and switch to the real card more smoothly.
  • Devices that were powered on and sending data could show as Offline when the remote connection service had a problem. Device status now keeps working in that case and refreshes every 30 seconds.
  • Map labels, including city and street names, sometimes did not appear. They now show correctly.
